Can I change the size of the jar?

Yes - most themes allow you to choose the size of the jar. If you don't see an option, send you can use the CHAT feature at the bottom of each page, or send us an email.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

Locate your ORDER NUMBER located on your digital receipt and type it in the CHAT located at the bottom of each page. If you don't have the order number, send us an email. Include your name and a brief description of the item(s) in your order.

How do I change the school colors for a graduation jar?

Each graduation jar has an option to pick two colors. If for any reason the colors do not coincide with your school colors, send us and email or use the CHAT feature located at the bottom of each page.

I have allergies to certain fabrics - what kind of materials are used in the jars?

All jars are made of glass and painted metal lids. If you prefer not to have the lids painted, send us a message. No food products are found inside or on jars. Jars are sealed are not meant to open so you will likely not come in contact with its contents. The materials inside the jars range from cotton, paper, polyester, acrylic and metal. 

To minimize potential hazards, DO NOT open the jars.
